Our team

Lynne Mills

Owner / Broker

Lynne, a Navy kid, grew up in Hawaii and Guam. After starting a family, she was looking for a profession that would allow her to homeschool her four children. Lynne has been an insurance broker for over twenty years. When she’s not been helping clients get the maximum value and benefit for their employees’ insurance needs, Lynne has coached sports and mentored young people of all ages. She can also be spotted chasing her strong-willed Alaskan Husky, Maya, through her neighborhood.

Dixie Kuehn

Broker

Dixie Kuehn worked in government sales before leaving the corporate mindset of “push the product – reach the sales quota”. She joined Lynne at Harbor Financial Group in 2006. Building relationships with her clients comes naturally to Dixie. She enjoys antiquing and spending time with her family.

Kaely Christensen

Broker

Kaely has been with HFG for five years as a broker, and her primary role is to create and execute enrollment scenarios that make benefits accessible and understandable for employers and employees alike. She established HFG’s benefits booklet process and implemented online enrollment portals that transform the benefits experience. As a public relations major with corporate communications experience, Kaely emphasizes comprehensively educating employees about their benefits. She is an enthusiastic UCF alum, and in her spare time, she loves to travel, run, read, and is a proud pawrent of her Australian Shepherd, Rosie.

Kassidy LaMarre

Customer Service

Kassidy graduated from the UCF College of Nursing in 2018 and began her career as a nurse, working in Labor and Delivery units as well as in orthopedic outpatient surgery. She transitioned away from nursing and worked in financial advising client service before joining the HFG team. We are grateful to have Kassidy’s medical and client-service experience backing us as we serve our clients with excellence and empathy. When she’s not working, you can find Kassidy at the beach with her husband and baby boy.
